Shear Vanity Salon

I was looking for a new salon in the Findlay area, and was happy to find one that would take me within the week. I booked online, and the day before I was supposed to go, I came down with a bad cold. According to their policy, you need to call within 24 hours to cancel; otherwise, you will be charged a 50% fee, which I did. I asked to be notified that they received my call because I got a recording to leave a message. I didn't get any kind of notification from them, either a call or a text. The next morning, I called again and told them I was feeling better, and if they hadn't cancelled my appointment, I could make it. No response again. You would think that if a new client were reaching out, they would be especially eager to impress them because it is new business. I am less than impressed with the lack of follow-through by the business and the stylist. Especially when I was trying to adhere to their policy.

Taylor has not only been my stylist for the past 6-7 years, but also my best friend, so I have to give her a lil shoutout!! This salon has definitely been the best salon experience I’ve had in a long time. When Taylor first moved to Shear Vanity and I sat in this salon for the first time, all of the ladies here made me feel so welcome and appreciated my business here. Big shoutout to Sarah and Heather too! We’re always laughing when I’m in the salon, and they strive to provide the best customer service and salon experience! Every time I’m here, I feel like I’m with my own family. This is a great group of ladies, and deserve all the love and positivity!! Thank you all for what you do for the community 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Brassy mess to blonde best😌 I came to Sheer Vanity with an ugly all-over warm bronde & left with beautiful dimension & the ashy blonde tones of my dreams! Sarah was kind, patient, & talked me through the entire experience to make sure I was comfortable with the approach. She did a bang up job & I highly recommend Sheer Vanity!
